During sessions, children work on:

• Balance and coordination
• Strength and endurance
• Hand-eye coordination
• Agility and body awareness
• Following directions and participating in a group setting
• Social interaction and peer engagement
• Turn-taking, teamwork, and communication skills
• Confidence building and self-esteem
• Sensory regulation and emotional regulation

Activities may include obstacle courses, relay races, movement games, fitness challenges, partner activities, ball skills, agility drills, and age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises. Each activity is designed to encourage participation, cooperation, and success while keeping fitness fun and engaging.

Our small group format provides children with opportunities to build friendships, practice social skills, and stay active in a supportive environment led by experienced coaches who understand the needs of neurodiverse children.
